SECTION 4 – PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
To ensure your card details remain safe, we do not store any card information in our system and the safest way for you to make payment is via our secure gateway as you checkout online. Your credit card will be debited at the time of you placing your order. A confirmation email will be sent indicating your account has been charged. Tickets are distributed at the venue at the time of the event.
As a condition of sale, we cannot accept cancellations after the closing date for bookings. Refunds are available for pre-booked events if the event is cancelled. We will accept cancellation before the closing date for bookings with a credit note issued for the full value.
Memberships, and any portion thereof, are not refundable.
